The Idea

No More Than 10 Years

Anyone elected to office may not serve in that office for more than 10 years. This rule applies to all elected offices at all levels, and also applies regardless of the length of the term of office.

No Older Than 75 Years Old

No one elected to office may serve after they turn 75 years old. If a candidate will not complete the term for an elected office before they turn 75, the are not eligible to run for that office.
